| Storage
Techniques

Storage containers in which the media is stored
(and transported) are well constructed in order to prevent
damage to contents if dropped. In addition, the containers
provide added protection against dust and water.
|
Record
Keeping

An inventory control system is used to log all records and
documents brought in or out of the storage facility. Bar-coding
systems can be used, where appropriate, to facilitate inventory
management and control procedures. A high level of logical
security is used to keep client information from unauthorized
or illegal users. In addition, a monthly report is furnished
the customer documenting all records that are presently
stored at the offsite location.
